Size & Fit

How do I find my size?

You’ll find a specific size chart for each product on its product page. Use the measurement guide and follow our recommendations in the size chart to find the best fit for you.

What if I’m between two sizes?

It’s about how you want to feel in your garment. For a more relaxed look, we recommend sizing up.

Are Totíne products true to size?

Our garments generally follow standard sizing (true to size). If a style has a different fit or a specific size recommendation, it will be clearly stated in the product description. We recommend always reading the information for each product to ensure the best possible fit.

Orders

When will my order be shipped?

Orders placed on weekdays before 12:00 PM (CET) are shipped the same day.Orders placed after 12:00 PM (CET) or on weekends and public holidays are processed the next business day.

I haven’t received my order confirmation.

Please check your spam folder first. During product launches or high-traffic periods, confirmation emails may take a little longer to arrive. If you haven’t received your confirmation within 24 hours of purchase, contact us at info@totineunderwear.com and we’ll resend it to you.

Can I cancel my order?

Contact us at info@totineunderwear.com, and we’ll help if possible. Unfortunately, once your order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Can I change my delivery address or order details?

You can always email us at info@totineunderwear.com, and we’ll do our best to assist. Please note that orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be changed afterwards.

Can I add an item to my order?

Unfortunately, it’s not possible to add products to an existing order. If you’d like to purchase additional items, please place a new order.

Shipping & Delivery

How long is the estimated delivery time?

Delivery time depends on your country and chosen shipping method. Approximately:  

Sweden: 1-4 business days

Norway: 1-5 business days

Finland 1-4 business days

Denmark:1-3 business days

Rest of EU: 2-7 business days

Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to all countries within the EU, and to Norway.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link.Check your spam folder if you don’t see it. Still missing? Contact info@totineunderwear.com and we’ll help you.

What happens if I don’t pick up my package?

If a package is not collected within the carrier’s stated time frame and is returned to us, a handling fee of 250 SEK / 250 NOK / 160 DKK / 22 EUR will be deducted to cover part of the shipping and handling costs.


The fee will be automatically deducted from your refund.

Do I need to pay customs duties and taxes?

Orders outside the EU may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are paid by the customer.

Do you offer free shipping?

Within Sweden, we offer free shipping on orders over 900 SEK.To receive free shipping, please select one of our free delivery options at checkout.

My delivery is damaged or incomplete?

If something is wrong, such as a defective item, wrong article, or damaged package, please contact us at info@totineunderwear.com and we’ll assist you. Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue, and keep the item unused until the case is resolved.

Please note that the right to claim a defect only applies to issues related to manufacturing, not normal wear, aging, or damage caused by use.

Payment

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Unionpay) and Klarna.

Is it safe to shop with you?

Yes. All transactions are encrypted and securely protected.

Returns & exchanges

Can I return an item?

Yes, of course! You can find all information about how to make a return in our Return Policy.

Do you offer direct exchanges?

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.If you wish to change size or color, please make a return and place a new order.

I’ve returned my order, when will I get my refund?

Refunds are issued within 30 days of receiving and approving your return. The refund will be made through the same payment method you used at checkout.

How do I make a complaint or claim a defect?

Contact us at info@totineunderwear.com and include your order number and clear photos showing the issue. Keep the item unused until the case is resolved.

Please note that the right to claim a defect applies only to manufacturing faults and does not cover normal wear, aging, or damage caused by use.
